About the ResultsManager Template map

The ResultsManager Template map is the starting point for capturing everything about a project in a single map.

The main areas in the map are designed to be continually maintained as the project evolves. They are:

  • Goods-In - where new information, ideas and issues are stored before they are evaluated and integrated into the other areas of the map.
  • Resources and Tools - where background information relating to the whole project is kept. Examples include information about participants, budgets, equipment, strategies and so on.
  • Site Office - where information and actions relating to the development, maintenance and upkeep of this map are kept. To find out the status of the map (not the project), you would look in the Site Office. If the map needs some more work on it, this is noted here.
  • Project - this area contains the actual project plan and information related to tasks. The project is planned from the top down in Tunnel Timeline format, and is written out in terms of achievements & outcomes, not boring tasks.

The ResultsManager Template is included with ResultsManager software.
