MindManager and ResultsManager can be used with Microsoft's Virtual PC on a MAC

ResultsManager uses Mindjet's MindManager Basic 6, Pro 6 or Pro 7 software for Windows as its platform. MindManager for Mac does not have an interface for third party extensions, so we are unable to offer ResultsManager on MindManager for Mac.

MindManager for Windows will run on Microsoft® Windows NT4/SP6, Windows 2000 or Windows XP. We have confirmation from our customers that MindManager and ResultsManager will run on MAC platforms under Microsoft's Virtual PC 7.

Important - download the right installer

Virtual PC users should not download either of the combined Documentation + MindManager + ResultsManager package browsers as these require the Microsoft Internet Explorer SDK built into Windows. You should download the individual installers for MindManager and ResultsManager, not the "combo packages" or "packages". The individual installers will install and work correctly under Virtual PC 7.

Support disclaimer

Windows emulation on a MAC is not officially supported by Mindjet. Hence we cannot officially support ResultsManager there either, as it relies on MindManager.

We recommend that you make the most of your evaluation period before taking your purchase decision. If any issues do arise, we will do everything we can to help, but we can only address them if they can also be reproduced in a Windows environment.
