License keys are delivered by e-mail

We dispatch license keys by e-mail as soon as your on-line purchase is completed. When your purchase is complete, you are taken to a page giving information about entering your license key. No new downloads are necessary for any of our products - you just enter the license key into the trial version to unlock it.

If you do not receive your license keys within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk e-mail folder. Occasionally, e-mails do go astray. If you need to contact us, please provide as much information about your purchase as you can.

Please keep a record of your license key when you receive it, in case you need to reinstall again in the future.
